Workshops

Workshops and retreat days are a great way to momentarily press pause on the rest of your life and spend time looking after your body and mind.

I teach both online and in-person weekend workshops. Typically around two hours long, these follow a specific theme and give regular students time to dive deeper into their practice and those newer to yoga with an extended introduction.

Retreat Days

Retreat days are held in three beautiful rural locations near the river Thames, all just an hour from central London. They are suitable for beginners as well as those with a lot of experience. All include two extended yoga practices to energise, open and deeply rest the body and mind, a delicious lunch from an award-winning local caterer and - of course (!) - homemade cake.

The next retreat day is on Saturday April 30th 2022 in a beautiful house and extensive garden in Henley on Thames - 10 minutes walk from the station and one hour from London by road or rail.

Join a small, friendly group for a late morning dynamic yoga class to energise and open, a yummy lunch 'box' from a local caterer and an afternoon session of gentle yoga to relax and revitalise! Both classes will be suitable for everyone - beginner to experienced. There will then opportunity to head down to the river for a boat ride on the beautiful river Thames!
