My classes follow a different physical, energetic or philosophical theme each week, with emphasis on building both strength and flexibility in body and mind.

From dynamic flow to rest and relaxation, I offer a range of online and in-person weekly classes, workshops and retreat days for every level of energy and experience.

All classes are friendly and inclusive. My students are aged 18 to 80+ and I offer options for everyone – from beginner to experienced.

I would never want tough times financially to prevent anyone from coming to class. If this applies to you just let me know -and we can easily sort something out.
