Steady and relaxed flow - Thursdays 5.30-6.30pm

Flowing asana (posture) practice, pranayama (breath work) and relaxation. Options for every level of experience and energy. People aged 20 to 80 take this class! Leave feeling stronger, more open, balanced, calm and at ease.

 

Mindful movement - selected Tuesdays 5.45-6.35pm

A dynamic breath-based movement class including elements of vinyasa-based yoga, qigong and pilates to leave you feeling stronger and better balanced.

Steady dynamic flow - Tuesdays 5.45-6.35pm

‘Vinyasa flow’ style asana practice, pranayama and meditation. A slightly more ‘advanced’ class but with options for everyone. People aged 20 to 80 take this class! Assumes some yoga experience.

 

Gentle yoga and relaxation - selected Saturdays 5.00-6.10pm

A super-relaxing, predominantly floor-based class incorporating breath work, gentle movement and restorative poses. We use cushions and blankets in this class to support the body in deep rest.
