Individual sessions are brilliant if you are new to yoga, have a specific health condition you would like to address, are pushed for time or want to dive deeper into your practice! I provide bespoke programmes to beginners and people with conditions such as arthritis or scoliosis and also teach chair yoga. Most of my private classes are in Primrose Hill and North London, but I can travel within reason!
All one to one programmes involve a free initial consultation so each session can be carefully constructed to suit your exact needs. They can even take place in your office – all we need is a quiet room!
All sessions are carefully designed specifically for you! Most are likely to combine breathing exercises, a dynamic yoga and pilates sequence, restorative postures and relaxation.
