My classes are carefully designed to fit your organisation’s goals. These might be to improve team concentration and energy or reduce incidences of bad backs. I also offer a number of specialist corporate workshops such as “Yoga for stress relief” and “Releasing Computer Posture“.
Classes are designed to seamlessly fit into a normal working day. A 45 minute session can easily be fitted into a lunch break. All classes are taught to a mixed ability level, so everyone can take part, regardless of experience or ability.
My general corporate yoga classes are designed to give the whole body a stretching and strengthening workout, with specific focus on releasing tension that accumulates in the neck, back, shoulders, hips and ankles. Weekly classes have been shown to improve concentration, boost productivity and enhance employee wellbeing.
