I use a combination of vinyasa flow, attention to alignment, Qigong, restorative yoga and meditation to create sequences that create space and strength in the body and calm and quieten the mind.

In non-Covid times…Primrose Hill Yoga: Every Thursday 5.30 – 6.30 in the lovely spacious upper studio in Primrose Hill Community Centre. Strengthen, stretch, relax and restore. £10 a class if booked as a series of four. Drop-ins £11. Contact me for more info.
