I use a combination of slow-paced vinyasa flow, attention to alignment, restorative yoga and meditation to create sequences that create space and strength in the body and calm and quieten the mind.

I always offer different options within the same class to accommodate all ages and levels of experience.

Classes take place in a beautiful studio in Primrose Hill and other venues across London. I also teach special themed workshops and retreats and regular classes at The Life Centre, London’s leading yoga centre.

Past retreats and workshops

Making Space for Spring, April 2017. A long, flowing practice designed to create space throughout the whole body and mind, releasing the spine, opening the shoulders, freeing up the hips, expanding the breath and calming and focusing the mind before a nourishing relaxation and some yummy, healthy treats.

Warming Winter Yoga, November 2016. A flowing practice focused on strengthening the feet, legs and core at the same time as mobilising the spine and releasing the shoulders to leave all participants feeling more balanced, grounded and open and able to approach the busy season with far greater ease.

Energise and Restore in Oxford, June 2016. Held in the beautiful, historic grounds of St John’s College.
