Christmas yoga to ground and balance

Dear Everyone,

It might be 10 days before Christmas but with the temperature outside a barmy 11 degrees and daffodils in flower (yes, really!) it can be a little hard to get into the festive mood.

Getting into a celebratory frame of mind can be a challenge any time of the year, especially when things get tough work-wise, health-wise or when the global situation seems impossibly desperate.

This is where yoga comes into its own, offering us with a specific method to focus our physical and mental energy to help us feel more centred, grounded and balanced.

My last public group class before Christmas is this Thursday in Primrose Hill and will be focused on imparting this effect. All welcome to attend, as ever! Just let me know you are coming if you are not a regular…

Finally, it has been a real pleasure getting to know and teach you during 2015 – and I look forward to starting 2016 with some sequences to help set intentions for the year ahead  – and some twists to help us digest and re-energise after the holidays!
