Dear Everyone,
Who knows what 2021 will bring? Whatever the future holds we can be certain it will come with a healthy dose of change and probably a few surprises.
After the twists and turns of 2020, I imagine many of us feel more open than we might have done a year ago to tackling any challenges that come our way in 2021, and I am certain that yoga’s ‘toolbox’ of breathing, movement and meditation practices can help us navigate the year with a little more ease and a few more smiles.
