Energise & Restore – Mini Oxford Retreat!

Dear All,

I would like to invite you to an “Energise & Restore” yoga day in the beautiful, historic grounds of St John’s College, Oxford, on Saturday 25 June.

There will be two special classes to energise, stretch and strengthen the whole body and leave you feeling grounded, spacious and fully restored. Both sessions will be suitable for everyone, except complete beginners. Between the two sessions we will enjoy a lunch specially prepared for us by St John’s College.

Yoga when you really don’t feel like it..February news!

Dear Everyone,

Sometimes, especially when life gets hard, I really don’t feel like practising yoga at home, or going to a yoga class. I am sure I am not alone in this regard! However, as soon as I start to listen to my breathing, link simple movements with my breath, and slowly and steadily create a more spacious feeling in my body, I start to feel so much better. More focused, open, grounded and steady.
