August news! A levels and a thought for the day..

Yesterday was “A” level results day and I happened to be listening to “Thought for the Day” on Radio 4, with Professor Mona Siddiqui, worth a listen if you have a spare 2 minutes and 49 seconds J I will be weaving some of her wisdom “Even when things seem at their lowest, when we feel most vulnerable, how we pick ourselves up and find the courage to move on is what it means to grow….” into yoga classes over the next few weeks, especially when we explore moving into more challenging poses, balances, and positions in which it is harder to breathe.
